**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Admission Assistant to join our dynamic admissions team. The Admission Assistant is to maintain accurate records, assist with event planning for admissions-related activities, and contribute to the enhancement of our initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule campus tours and provide general information about the institution.
- Maintain successful coordination and organization of admission-related events and activities.
- Ensure all required documentation is received and complete.
- Prepare and send out admission-related correspondence such as acceptance letters, rejection letters, waitlist notifications.
- Posses an expert knowledge of the school and its admission process.
- Good communication and presentation skills providing high level of personalised services and concisely communicating to inquiries and prospective applicants.
- Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively with our diverse team.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Experience with database management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and IT skills relatively.
- A two-wheeler with a license.
