**Job Description for Admissions Assistant**
This is a full-time, entry-level position designed for freshers or those with prior internship or project experience. You’ll play a key role in supporting our student recruitment and admissions processes, as well as coordinating with and assisting our existing student community.
**Shift Details**
- Work Timing: 5 AM to 2 PM (During Probation you will be on our regular 9AM to 6PM )
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday is the weekly off)
- Probation Period: 3 months (regular working hours during this time)
- Salary Range: ₹16,000 to ₹18,000 (Includes a yearly retention bonus as part of the compensation)
**What We Are Looking For**

- Comfort with tech and eagerness to learn new platforms
- Good written and spoken English and Tamil communication skills
- Basic understanding of customer service principles
- Basic knowledge of chess is a plus (not mandatory)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct follow-up communication with prospective students to address their questions and encourage enrollment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, or information sessions for prospective students.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new students, ensuring a smooth transition into the academy.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for current students, addressing their inquiries and providing support related to academy programs, policies, and resources.
- Coordinate with faculty and other departments to facilitate student support and communication.
- Collect and maintain student data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in quality assurance of the student experience.
- Identify areas for improvement in the admissions and student support processes and recommend solutions.
**You Have**
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
- Confidence in using tools like Google Suite (Sheets, Docs), and other communication platforms
- Discipline to work independently in a hybrid setup
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Comfort with tech and eagerness to learn new platforms
