**Job Overview**:
The Admission Incharge is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire admission process for the school. This includes coordinating with prospective students and parents, handling inquiries, guiding families through the enrollment process, ensuring compliance with school policies, and maintaining accurate records. The Admission Incharge will play a key role in promoting the school’s values and fostering positive relationships with new and returning families.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Admissions Process Management**:
- Oversee the entire admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of applicants.
- **Counseling and Support**:
- Provide detailed information about school programs, curriculum, fees, and policies to prospective students and parents.
- Address all inquiries, including school tours, open houses, and personal consultations.
- Offer assistance and support to parents throughout the admission process, ensuring they understand all requirements.
- **Communication**:
- Coordinate communication between the school, parents, and prospective students.
- Send out acceptance letters, rejections, and other necessary documentation.
- Update the school website, social media, and other platforms with admission-related information.
- Organize school visits, orientations, and interviews for potential students.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**:
- Maintain and update the admission database with student records and data.
- Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of all student records and information.
- **Fee Collection and Financial Assistance**:
- Coordinate with the finance department for fee payment schedules, issuing receipts, and payment tracking.
- Provide information about scholarships, fee waivers, or discounts as per the school's policies.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:
- Assist in organizing promotional events, school fairs, and open houses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials.
- Provide feedback on market trends and student demographics.
- **Compliance and Policy Adherence**:
- Ensure that all admissions procedures follow the school's policies and government regulations.
- Stay updated on educational laws, rules, and regulations affecting the admission process.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**:
- Work closely with academic departments, administrative staff, and the principal to ensure a smooth integration of new students into the school.
- Assist in the coordination of student placements and assignment of classes.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
