We are Hiring for Admission Conseller in Adithya Institute

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents regarding admissions for **Arts, Engineering**, and basic **Medical/NEET-related** programs.
- Conduct one-on-one **counseling sessions, phone consultations, and follow-ups.**:

- **Maintain up-to-date knowledge of college admission criteria, entrance exams, and scholarship opportunities.**:

- Assist in organizing and participating in **career fairs, admission events, seminars, and webinars.**:

- Maintain a database of leads and follow-up regularly to convert them to admissions.
- Stay informed about various universities, courses, admission deadlines, and eligibility requirements.
- **Bachelor’s degree (Education, Counseling, Arts, Engineering, or related field preferred)**:

- **1-3 years of experience** in educational counseling or student advising
- Knowledge of Indian higher education systems, especially **Arts, Engineering & NEET admissions**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion, listening, and organizational abilities
- Worked in school & college **Admission** is added Advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
