Sgt University, a leading educational institution, is seeking an accomplished General Manager/Associate General Manager to lead Admission & Outreach functions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to attract high-quality students, enhance admissions, and promote the university nationally and internationally. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement admission strategies to attract quality students and enhance admissions year on year.
- Organize campus tours to showcase infrastructure facilities and faculty expertise.
- Guide marketing teams to create promotional materials and organize exhibitions/open houses for school students and their parents.
- Plan and execute student admissions from various parts of the country.
- Visit schools and polytechnic colleges to provide information about academic programs.
- Assist in creating promotional tools such as brochures, pamphlets, banners, and merchandise.
- Supervise staff working in the Admissions Office and motivate them to achieve excellence.
- Ensure adequate hospitality is extended to parents and students during the admission process.
