Counselling Manager Role

Shape student journeys and lead a team of advisors to guide ambitious students through the undergraduate admissions process.

  • Oversee student journeys from initial counselling to university acceptances.
  • Lead a team, collaborate with mentors, and personally support students in building high-impact profiles.
  • Enhance team capabilities, elevate strategic planning, and deliver outstanding student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsel students on developing strong academic and extracurricular profiles.
  • Strategize personalized student journeys, including subject selection, standardized testing, and long-term academic planning.
  • Review and provide feedback on application components, such as personal statements and resumes.
  • Mentor and manage a team of counselors to ensure consistency and adherence to admissions timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align strategy and execution for each student.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in any discipline (preferably from or with experience studying in the U.S., U.K., or Canada).
  • 2–4 years of experience in academic counseling, university admissions, or education advisory roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in academic and admissions writing.
  • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities, with confidence to manage multiple high-stakes student timelines.
