**Job Title: Training and Placement Officer**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Placement Coordination**:

- Facilitate the placement process by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with leading companies, recruiters, and industry professionals.
- Actively engage with employers to understand their hiring needs and requirements, and effectively promote our students for suitable job openings.
- Organize on-campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and other placement events to maximize student participation and placement opportunities.

**2. Student Guidance and Preparation**:

- Provide career guidance, counseling, and mentorship to students to help them identify their strengths, interests, and career goals.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance students' employability skills, including resume writing, interview preparation, communication skills, and professional etiquette.
- Offer personalized career advice and support to students, including assistance with internship placements and career development planning.

**3. Industry Collaboration**:

- Foster strategic partnerships with industry associations, alumni networks, and professional organizations to expand the institution's network and enhance placement prospects for students.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and emerging job opportunities to tailor placement strategies and initiatives accordingly.
- Collaborate with faculty members and department heads to integrate industry-relevant curriculum and experiential learning opportunities into academic programs.

**4. Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of student placement data, including job offers, acceptances, and feedback, using appropriate databases and software systems.
- Generate regular reports and analytics on placement outcomes, trends, and student feedback to assess effectiveness and inform continuous improvement efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in placement coordination, career counseling, or related roles within the education sector.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including employers, students, faculty, and alumni.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant data management software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
