**Inside Sales Representative**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Qualify Prospects**: Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, and qualify them based on their interest in our IT solutions and services.

**Sales Support**: Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations for potential clients.

**Relationship Building**: Maintain regular communication with prospects, follow up on leads, and build strong customer relationships.

**CRM Management**: Update and manage lead information in the CRM system to track sales activities, opportunities, and progress.

**Sales Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and successful sales strategies.

**Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required).

0-1 year of experience in sales, preferably in IT or technology-related fields

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Basic understanding of IT products, services, and trends is a plus (willingness to learn is key).

Should be familiar MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Positive attitude with the drive to grow in a sales career.

2.5 -3.5 LPA.
