As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping products, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Receive and Inspect Shipments**: Unload and check incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Report any discrepancies or damage.
- **Inventory Management**: Organize and maintain inventory in a systematic manner. Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards. Ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- **Shipping and Receiving**: Prepare shipping documents, label packages, and coordinate with shipping carriers. Handle returns and process them accordingly.
- **Warehouse Maintenance**: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts. Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a warehouse. On-the-job training will be provided.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- **Physical Requirements**: Stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- **Safety**: Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

**IT Skills**:

- **Inventory Management Software**: Familiarity with systems such as zoho, odoo, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), or similar software for tracking inventory levels, managing orders, and generating reports.
- **Barcode Scanners**: Proficiency in using handheld or mounted barcode scanners to update inventory and track shipments.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Ability to use standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) for reporting, communication, and data entry.
- **Data Entry and Management**: Experience with entering and managing data in databases or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.

**Education**:

- Graduate

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
