We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead the setup and oversight of our warehouse operations. This role will be instrumental in establishing efficient processes while actively engaging in loading and unloading activities to ensure the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of a variety of products.

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving the operations in our Warehouse in Bengaluru and will directly report to the Customer Experience Manager - India.

This position is based in the **Bengaluru office** in Karnataka, India.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in setting up the warehouse, including layout design and process implementation for optimal efficiency in receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
- Actively oversee daily warehouse operations, focusing on loading and unloading activities.
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting their professional development.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies through active monitoring and engagement.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular stock checks and implementing effective inventory control procedures.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Address and resolve any issues related to shipping, receiving, or inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance metrics, suggesting and implementing improvements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards proactively.
- Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
- Report directly to the Customer Experience Manager - India.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy items (max up to 25 KG per person) regularly.
- Capable of standing, walking, and performing manual tasks for extended periods.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
