**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Input and Management**:

- Accurately enter and update data from various sources (paper documents, electronic files, etc.) into computer systems and databases.
- Manage and maintain organized digital and physical files.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of data input.
- **Verification and Error Correction**:

- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and identify any errors or discrepancies.
- Correct data inconsistencies and ensure data integrity.
- Review source documents for errors before data entry.
- **Data Retrieval and Reporting**:

- Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
- Compile, sort, and organize information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Prepare and generate data reports and summaries as required.
- **System Operation and Maintenance**:

- Operate computer systems and relevant software efficiently.
- Ensure the proper use of office equipment and report any technical issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting related to data entry tasks.
- **Compliance and Confidentiality**:

- Adhere to company data entry procedures and data protection regulations.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Respond to inquiries for information and access relevant files.
- Communicate effectively regarding data-related issues.
- **Administrative Tasks (as needed)**:

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required.

**Essential Skills**:

- **Proficient Typing Skills**: Fast and accurate typing speed (typically 40-60+ words per minute with high accuracy).
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous and focused on identifying and correcting errors.
- **Computer Literacy**: Strong basic computer skills, including proficiency in:

- Operating systems (e.g., Windows).
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Data entry software and database management systems.
- Spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets).
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized records.
- **Data Entry and Management Skills**: Understanding of data entry principles and database structures.
- **Communication Skills**: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- **Numerical Skills**: Comfortable working with numbers and performing basic calculations.
- **Data Security and Confidentiality**: Understanding of and commitment to data protection principles.

**Qualifications (Typical)**:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
