Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Sales Coordinator to join our well-known confectionery company in Sultanpur, South Delhi.

The right person should have 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, with experience working with distributor and dealer networks, ideally in the FMCG or confectionery industry.

The Sales Coordinator will serve as a key contact between the sales team, distributors, and internal departments to ensure that sales activities run smoothly.

The role demands excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities to assist in business growth and manage distributor relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily sales tasks with Area Sales Managers and distributors to meet sales goals.

  • Track distributor performance, stock levels, secondary sales, and ensure timely order placements.

  • Create and organize MIS reports, sales data, and performance dashboards for management to review.

  • Help plan and carry out sales promotions, trade schemes, and marketing activities.

  • Resolve distributor issues related to billing, claims, or supply chain problems quickly.

  • Keep accurate records of orders, invoices, and payments while working with the accounts and logistics teams.

  • Support field teams by monitoring sales results, pending payments, and market coverage.

  • Ensure clear communication between the company, distributors, and retailers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in Commerce, Business, or Marketing.

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within FMCG or confectionery.

  • Familiarity with distributor management, sales reporting, and tools like MS Excel or Tally.

  • Good interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive follow-up approach.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and support sales operations efficiently.
