We are seeking a proactive and organized Administration Assistant and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Vista Creative Solution LLP.
**As an Administration Assistant**
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to various departments within the company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and innovative digital marketing environment.
**Responsibilities**:
**General Office Support**:
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and documents as needed.
**Administrative Assistance**:
**Data Management**:
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Assist with data entry tasks and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Support in organizing and archiving digital files and documents.
**Client Support**:
- Provide assistance to clients regarding inquiries, requests, and support tickets.
- Assist in the preparation of client proposals and contracts as required.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with team members across different departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
- Assist in organizing team events, meetings, and workshops.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Experience in a digital marketing or creative agency is a plus.
- High school diploma: additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is preferred.

**As a Marketing Specialist**
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our digital marketing services and attract new clients. **Marketing Strategy Development**:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Content Creation and Management**:
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication and distribution of content across digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce multimedia content that resonates with target audiences.
**Brand Awareness and Promotion**:
- Implement brand awareness initiatives to increase visibility and recognition in the industry.
- Coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our services and engage with potential clients.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand exposure and credibility.
**Lead Generation and Conversion**:
- Develop lead generation strategies to attract prospective clients and drive qualified leads through the sales funnel.
- Implement lead nurturing campaigns to engage and educate leads, ultimately converting them into clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives, providing support in lead qualification and conversion.
**Requirements**:
- Any bachelor's degree.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Experience in the digital marketing industry or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and design software is a plus.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
