Marketing Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate marketing activities and events.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report findings to the marketing team.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Support the marketing team in administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Creativity and willingness to contribute new ideas.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
