**Job Title**: Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator at TFG Infotech, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team to coordinate various projects and campaigns, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with our brand identity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather assets, content, and information necessary for marketing activities.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including but not limited to brochures, presentations, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist in the organization and execution of events, trade shows, and other marketing-related activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience (1 year) in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges as needed.
