A Customer Service Advisor for Customer Service Department based in Mumbai, who will be an integral part of the Customer Service Department Team and reporting to the Manager - Customer Service Department.
Your main responsibilities would comprise of:
- Provide Customers with regular updates and service information.
- Coordinate updating of Customer database.
Proactive identification of priority issues to curb escalation. Ensure coordination between all departments regarding Customer touch points(interface).
- Responsible to capture Customer feedback at various stages.
- Keep an overview of complaints and drive for amicable resolution.
