Customer Service Advisor - Telesales (Night Shift)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with US-based customers, via telephone to provide information about products or services, take orders, answer questions, and handle complaints.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell products and services.
- Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying informed about new products and services.
- Create and maintain accurate customer records, updating them as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Provide feedback to the management about product performance and customer needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- A positive attitude and a team player.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
