**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Understand customer concerns regarding their vehicles.
- Advise customers about necessary services, repairs, and maintenance.
- **Service Management**:

- Create detailed job cards capturing customer complaints and vehicle information.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for vehicle inspections and diagnosis.
- Estimate labor and parts costs and share with the customer for approval.
- **Communication**:

- Provide regular updates to customers on service progress and any changes.
- Explain the nature of work completed and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation**:

- Ensure all documentation related to service, billing, and warranty is completed accurately.
- Maintain proper records of service history and customer interactions.
- **Sales & Upselling**:

- Suggest value-added services and maintenance packages to customers.
- Promote service plans and vehicle accessories when appropriate.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Follow-up**:

- Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Remind customers about periodic service schedules.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of automobile service procedures.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer skills (for job card creation, billing, CRM updates).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
