Personal Assistant

Team lead & observing to utilize his/her ability.
- To organize daily Schedules, appointments & Meetings.
- Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Helping prepare for meetings.
- Making travel arrangements for director
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing
- environment.
- Strong Mailing Communication
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
- Coordinating with internal team
- Any other work assigned by reporting manager. The responsibilities can be reviewed or changed from time to time as per the guidance of reporting manager.
**Education**:
MBA with Marketing
**Experience**:
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in transport industry
**Skills**
- Good spoken and written English
- Technically strong and smart
- dynamic-willing and able to multi-task
- Good knowledge of MS- office, google sheets, google forms, and excel.
- Effective Communication Skills
- both English and Hindi, Teamwork, Adaptability, Dynamic and flexible working
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
