**Job Title**: Personal Assistant to Director of Marketing

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful **Personal Assistant** to support the **Director of Marketing** in daily operations, project coordination, and communication management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
**Key Responsibilities1. Administrative & Executive Support**
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-up action items.
- Handle expense reports, vendor invoices, and reimbursements.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system (physical and digital).
**2. Communication & Coordination**
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth information flow.
**3. Project Assistance**
- Assist in managing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct market or competitor research as required.
**4. Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain performance trackers and prepare regular progress reports for the Director.
- Support in data collection, presentation preparation, and performance analysis.
**5. Confidential Support**
- Handle sensitive business information with discretion and integrity.
- Maintain confidentiality of strategic plans and client information.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a marketing or corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience in the marketing, advertising, or creative industry.
- Basic knowledge of marketing processes, trends, and terminology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
