Customer Service Representative
- Make 150 outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce our products/services to customers and explain their benefits.
- Effectively communicate the features, pricing, and offers related to our offerings.
- Engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle objections and address customer queries in a professional and informative manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule appointments or follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competition to provide accurate information to customers.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Graduate of any stream

**Experience**:

- 0-3 years experience as a Telecaller

**Location**: Kalina, Mumbai

**CTC**: 3 LPA

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
