An office admin, short for office administrator, is a professional who plays a crucial role in managing the administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of an office and coordinating with all departments. The specific job responsibilities are given below:

- Opening and closing office
- Office infrastructure and logistic maintenance and management
- General administrative support to the office employees
- Office logistic requirements
- Reception duties, as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. They greet guests, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Documentation and record keeping
- Managing office petty cash and cash expenditure, preparing petty cash book
- Co-ordination with main office
- Communication and correspondence, if needed
- Asset management and maintenance
- Ad hoc tasks as and when asked for
- Creating and organized and efficient work environment
- Any other work assigned from time to time

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
