**About the Role**:

- The Senior Officer - Planning is responsible for efficiently managing inventory, timely

query resolution and strategic liquidation of excess and non-moving inventory.
- The person will report to the General Manager - Planning. The incumbent will have to work

as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team

and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

- Respond to Branch queries within 48 working hours, communicate with accurate data &
timelines
- Planning and forecasting to be done for respective region
- Liquidate Excess & Non-moving inventory by supplying it to the demanding branch to

reduce the Inventory.
- FoIIow aII SHE GuideIines & SHE golden rules
- Work towards attaining a 10% reduction in Inventory vaIues of PAN India Iocations.
- Bring down the Inventory vaIue by 20% in for respective region
- Work towards improving inventory days

**Educational Qualification / Other Requirement**:

- Any Graduate with upto 1-3 years experience in Demand and Supply Planning
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Procurement and warehouse management activities and basic Working on

**ERP/Navision**
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Adobe Acrobat preferred.
