Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Planning and Execution Expert to lead our corporate strategy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, execution, and management of strategic projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving key enterprise-wide initiatives, including business planning and change management. They will also be responsible for monitoring relevant metrics and managing periodical reporting of strategy performance.

The role will involve working closely with internal functions to drive planning activities and developing comprehensive project plans for assigned tracks. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under limited supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years PQE
  • Full-time MBA (preferably from tiered B-school) / CA
  • Good understanding of financial statements
  • Ability to work well under high pressure and produce timely deliverables
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
