Finance Executive - Strategic Planning and Analysis

In this role, you will specialize in financial and operational KPIs through data analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights to senior management. You will partner with finance teams, operations, and high-level management to drive strategic decisions and monitor progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage data analytics on operational metrics.
  • Build and maintain analytical models on key operating measures.
  • Work closely with leadership to formulate medium- to long-term financial and strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit heads to build annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop models to project long-term growth and determine impacting business factors.
  • Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
  • Utilize existing tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance.
  • Communicate reasons behind product/department performance and results to senior management.
  • Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results.
  • Review operations and recommend new productivity or cost-saving initiatives.
  • Prepare and manage data analytics on operational metrics.
  • Build and maintain analytical models on key operating measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills).
  • Ability to multitask and be a self-starter.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence management.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
