Financial Analysis Role

This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to analyze financial statements, prepare financial reports, and develop financial models.

  • Analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to assess business performance
  • Extract key financial metrics such as EBITDA, Free Cash Flow, ROE, and Debt-to-Equity
  • Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast)
  • Prepare and present financial reports for senior management
  • Develop financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability
  • Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario modeling
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Benchmark company performance against competitors and industry trends
  • Assess M&A opportunities, capital investments, and cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure financial reporting aligns with IFRS/GAAP standards
  • Monitor risks such as liquidity, credit, and operational risks
  • Automate financial reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python
  • Utilize XBRL/ESEF for financial reporting and compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
  • Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting regulations
  • Familiarity with XBRL/ESEF regulatory reporting
  • Advanced Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros)
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R (preferred but not required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, data-driven environments
