**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take complete ownership of each job/order from initiation to dispatch.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet project deadlines.
- Review order specifications, BOMs, and drawings to ensure proper execution.
- Coordinate manpower planning in close liaison with departmental managers to ensure timely and efficient execution of production activities in alignment with project timelines..
- Supervise panel fabrication, wiring, testing, and final assembly processes.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards throughout all stages of production.
- Liaise with Design, Purchase, Store, and QA teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Monitor progress, update production status, and report to management regularly.
- Ensure timely dispatch of panels as per delivery schedules.
- Maintain documentation and records for audits and internal tracking.
- Ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping protocols on the shop floor.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production supervision of LT/HT electrical panels.
- Strong understanding of panel design, fabrication, wiring, and testing processes.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and BOMs.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a production team.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
