**Job description**

Mis Associate to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Assist in the development and maintenance of management information systems (MIS) to Prepare and share reports/MIS (Daily, weekly, MTD & YTD)
- Gather and analyze data to support business decision-making.
- Automate reports (VBA Macros) and processes related MIS to reduce human effort and increase efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in MIS databases.
- Support the implementation of MIS initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and improve reporting processes.

**Required Skills**:

- Comfortable with onsite job office timings and roster wise weekly off.
- Good Communication/interpersonal skills.
- VBA (Macros) & SQL would be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Insurance principles.
- **Experience**: 1-2-year experience in data entry and MIS. Must had advanced excel data entry experience.
- **Key Skills**: MIS Analysis, Data Analysis, Excel, MIS Reporting, VBA Process, SQL, Pre-Inspection Operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
