Responsibility AreasRole Description Overview:
- This person will be responsible for managing all activities associated with Work Allocation, Daily Deliverables, Payroll Attendance, Incentives and Variable Pay. Also to achieve the business objective & commercial targets by maximizing efficiencies, occupancy & utilizations**Responsibility Areas**:

- Ensure delivery as per the daily strategy
- Reporting of Staff hours and performance.
- Discuss daily / weekly performance with stakeholders.
- Sound process knowledge of domain and data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced knowledge on use of statistical techniques for converting data to information, which can be used for decision-making.

Formal Education/ Certification
- Any Graduates

Work Experience
- Minimum 1 years to 2 Years

Desired Profile- Optimize breaks while preparing schedules.
- Initiates and manages scheduling communications between centralized and site teams.
- Manage and lead the weekly scheduling performance review and provide recommendations
- Should have an understanding of Various Forecasting models, Capacity Planning, Scheduling and Real Time queue monitoring
