**Role Summary**

Crimson group of schools is a fastest-growing educational institution committed to fostering excellence in education. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to join our team. The Associate Finance will play a key role in:

- Supporting the company's expansion and strategic growth initiatives.
- Fundraising, transaction support, and financial planning.

**Key Result Areas**:

- Prepare detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, financial statements, and IRR calculations.
- Evaluate investment opportunities using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Assist in deal structuring and closing principals.
- Prepare internal Management Information Systems (MIS) for all assets on a monthly basis.

**Tasks**:

- Analyse and interpret financial statements, business models, and determine company/transaction valuations.
- Draft and present documents, including Investment Memos, Term Sheets, Pitchbooks, Teasers, and industry materials.
- Obtain periodic credit ratings for portfolio assets.
- Liaise with financial institutions, banks, consultants, rating agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Provide strategic support to the management team on financial and operational matters.
- Analyse financial data to inform decisions on new acquisitions.

Education: MBA from Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-Schools, Qualified CA, CFA-L3 completed.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar role.

**Skillset**:

- Strong planning and organizational skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Knowledge**:

- Understanding of the local education market and trends will be a plus.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
