**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **Finance and Operations Associate** to independently manage finance and accounting operations for our US business, while also supporting HR, Marketing, and general business activities. This cross-functional role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to take ownership across multiple functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Finance and Accounting (50%)**
- Independently manage all accounting and finance operations.
- Handle bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and file US-focused tax returns, GST, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
- Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

**Marketing Support (20%)**
- Assist with lead segregation and basic research.
- Support in marketing campaigns with data collection and reporting.
- Maintain organized marketing databases.

**HR Support (20%)**
- Post job openings across platforms.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions for publishing.

**General Business Support (10%)**
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
- Other office/business support tasks as required tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Commerce (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, compliance, taxation, and GST.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar) and MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership.

Pay: ₹114,013.97 - ₹216,651.86 per year
