**Job description**

The Associate, Audit / Controls will be a primary resource for managing the MIS/Reporting activities and support Internal Controls activities.

Specific responsibilities for this position include:

- Support the WHQ Controls and Compliance department in preparing the Monthly Internal Controls Dashboard, Quarterly Changes to Internal Controls (QCIC), s302 & s404 Representative Letter and other reports.
- Prepare monthly and adhoc reports for the management to provide a high-level view on the various areas of SOX and Internal Controls work.
- Identify areas of potential improvement in the activities.
- Support special projects, risk-based process reviews and new system developments, as necessary.
- Support to Internal Controls activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS**:
B. Com / M.Com

**EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in Accounting or Reporting. Audit experience is an added advantage.
- The position provides an excellent opportunity for gaining hands on experience of Reporting/MIS and accounting/auditing within a dynamic environment.
