Job Profile: Sales & Marketing Executive with Receptionist Duties (Fabrication Industry)

**Position**: Sales & Marketing Executive

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 per month
**Marketing Focus**: 90% marketing efforts, 10% receptionist duties

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales & Marketing Strategy**:

- Focus on promoting fabrication products and services to potential clients.
- Implement a marketing plan with 90% emphasis on marketing activities.
- Identify target markets and build customer acquisition strategies.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their fabrication needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Provide technical knowledge and support during client meetings, showcasing the company’s capabilities.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Use various marketing channels to generate new leads, including social media, trade shows, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the fabrication industry.
- Analyze competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- **Marketing Materials**:

- Develop promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content that highlight the company’s services.
- **Receptionist Duties (10%)**:

- Greet visitors and clients professionally as the first point of contact for the company.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, and handle basic inquiries about the company’s products and services.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage the front desk, ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management.
- Track marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of fabrication industry processes.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic marketing software.
- Professional demeanor for handling receptionist duties effectively.

Work Environment:

- Office-based, with occasional site visits to client locations.
- Interaction with the production team to understand technical specifications.
- Split responsibilities between marketing and receptionist tasks.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
