**Role Overview**:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to Founder to support Founder in managing the day-to-day operations of both companies. As the Assistant to Founder, you will play a crucial role in supporting Founder in various administrative, operational, and strategic tasks. You will act as a trusted partner and liaison, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and execution of key initiatives. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional organizational skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Executive Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Founder, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing internal and external communications.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with Founder on various projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and timely completion. This may involve conducting research, preparing reports, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- **Meeting Management**: Prepare meeting agendas, collate relevant materials, and schedule meetings. Take detailed meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- **Business Operations**: Support Founder in managing day-to-day operations of Recruiting Genie and Accounting Genie, including maintaining records, tracking expenses, and assisting with recruiting & business development/marketing tasks.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of Founder. Act as a representative of the company, demonstrating professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
**Requirements**:
- **0-1 year experience in Recruiting/ Accounting/ Executive Assistant/ Marketing/ Sales/ Business Development or similar role, in a startups/ fast-paced environment (freshers may also apply).**:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of integrity and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to independently research and resolve issues.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
