**Role Description**

This is an internship role for the Founder's Office Intern at Recruiting Genie LLP in Sector 62 Noida, India. The role involves working closely with the founder, as well as other members of the team to support a variety of tasks. The role will be hybrid, with some work from home options.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to provide valuable data for decision-making.
- Analyze data and generate reports to help the founder make informed business decisions.
- Help in managing the company's social media presence and content creation.
- Support the development and execution of marketing & business development strategies.
- Collaborate with the founder on various ongoing recruiting projects, contributing to their successful completion.
- Handle general office tasks, such as filing, ordering supplies, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in business, commerce, HR, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A passion for startups and entrepreneurship
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes in priorities or tasks
- Availability to work at least 30 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with limited supervision

**Duration**

This is a 3 months internship position, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

**Monthly stipend**

5k to 10k a month + variable pay
