**Experience**: 2+ years in Sales & Marketing (Real Estate Preferred)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming leads provided by the company and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate properties.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations to clients.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure sales closures.
- Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
- Provide excellent post-sales customer support to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in the Real Estate sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client handling & relationship-building abilities.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Good presentation skills & pleasing personality.
- Familiarity with the Jayanagar and surrounding real estate market is an added advantage.
**Salary**: Best in the Industry + Attractive Incentives on Sales Closures
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
