ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct market research to identify selling potentials and evaluate customer needs.
2. Responsible for generating sales with existing customers.
3. Optimistic in attracting customer through Virtual Calls.
4. Convert shortlisted Leads given by Presales team.
5. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their concerns and give customer quick solution.
6. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
7. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
8. Negotiate/close deals with customers and handle complaints or objections.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
10. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 1 year (required)
