We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven *Tender Executive* to join our growing team. The role involves managing the complete tender process, from identifying opportunities to submission and follow-up, with a focus on government platforms like **GeM** and **CPPP**. Also, this position requires close coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure successful bid submissions and timely follow-ups on Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and Bank Guarantee (BG) refunds.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Management**: Manage the end-to-end tender process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders on government portals like GeM and CPPP.
- **Client Communication**: Conduct telecalling campaigns to engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and identify opportunities.
- **Quotation & Proposal Preparation**: Prepare and submit accurate quotations based on customer requirements and tender specifications.
- **Follow-ups on Financial Documents**: Ensure timely follow-up on EMD and BG refunds, tracking the status and resolving any issues.
- **Dispatch Documentation**:Handle pre
- and post-dispatch documentation and coordinate the dispatch processes effectively.
- **Market Awareness**:Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry conditions to improve bidding strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tender Executive, Sales Executive, or in a similar role; familiarity with tender management on GeM and CPPP portals.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
**-Skills**: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Languages**:Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
