**Salary: 22k - 27k CTC**

**Job Purpose**:
The Tender Executive is responsible for managing and executing the complete tendering lifecycle for steel-related tenders in government, PSU, and large private sector segments. The role involves identifying suitable opportunities, preparing accurate bids, liaising with manufacturers (SAIL, JSW, RINL, JSPL, etc.), and ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tender Identification & Monitoring**:

- Regularly monitor e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, MSTC, eProcurement, NTPC, NALCO, BHEL etc.) for tender notifications.
- Maintain an updated tender tracker and circulate relevant opportunities to management.

**Bid Preparation & Submission**:

- Scrutinize tender documents - eligibility criteria, EMD, specifications, marking requirements, delivery terms, etc.
- Coordinate internally to gather necessary documents - PAN, GST, MSE/NSIC certificates, solvency, past performance, etc.
- Draft and compile technical and commercial bids as per tender instructions.
- Upload tenders online/offline and ensure submission within deadlines.

**Coordination with Principals/Manufacturers**:

- Request and collect authorization letters or dealership certificates from primary steel producers (SAIL, JSW, JSPL, RINL etc.).
- Seek mill test certificates, grade confirmations, and packing/marking details.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure all pre-qualification, technical, and financial documents are accurate and up to date.
- Draft covering letters, deviation statements, annexures, and bid formats with proper formatting and compliance.
- Verify tender clauses like payment terms, delivery schedule, and penalty conditions before submission.

**Post-Submission Activities**:

- Track tender results, evaluate reasons for win/loss, and document learnings.
- Communicate with tendering authorities for clarifications, corrigendums, or negotiations.
- Support in the issuance of Performance Security / BGs / POs where applicable.

**Liaison & Communication**:

- Regularly interact with clients, tendering agencies, and internal departments.
- Respond to queries, manage clarifications, and participate in pre-bid meetings if required.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Maintain vendor registration and renewal status across major PSUs and private clients.
- Assist sales teams in pricing and estimation for open/limited tender cases.
- Stay updated on market price trends, freight rates, and material availability to support accurate bidding.
- Generate weekly/monthly tender MIS reports for management review.

**Tools & Software**:

- GeM Portal, CPPP, MSTC, eProc, etc.
- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Adobe Acrobat (PDF handling)
- DSC Token, Tender Wizard, NIC eProc tools

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Engineering / Metallurgy preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in tendering, preferably in Trading / Distribution or industrial products

**Key Competencies**:

- Understanding of government procurement policies, CVC guidelines and MSME benefits
- Excellent document handling, formatting, and file management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 18/08/2025
