
Sales Account Executive

**Sales Documentation & Account Support**
- Prepare **quotations, contracts, and agreements**.
- Assist in **tender documentation**.
- Maintain **sales accounts and records**.
- Generate **invoices & follow up for payments**.
**Accounting & Financial Management**
- Manage **monthly accounts & bookkeeping**.
- Perform **bank account reconciliation**.
- Oversee **payroll management** and salary processing.
- Handle **petty cash management** and maintain expense records.
- Execute **purchase & billing processes**.
- Monitor and follow up on **payments from clients/vendors**.
- Manage **bank-related financial transactions**.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
