**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter day-to-day accounting transactions in **Tally ERP** (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts, Journal entries, etc.).
- Maintain accurate data entry of invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Assist in preparing ledgers, bank reconciliation, and petty cash records.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry of GST, TDS-related transactions.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Support the accounts team in generating reports from Tally.
- Should be aware of E-way bills and E-invoices.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: B.Com / Diploma in Accounting (preferred).
- **Min 2 years** of experience in data entry or accounting.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP** and **MS Excel**.
- Basic knowledge of accounting terms and practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in a **retail/E-commerce** is an advantage.
- Knowledge of GST entries will be useful.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
