ACTIVITIES

**1**

**Engineering Drawings for**

**Existing and new ROs.**

**Estimating and costing.**

**Approvals
- Site survey, levels, as built study and planning as per standards.
- Developing execution drawings.
- Ensure that the facilities required by the Divisional Manager / TSM/Franchisee and engineering optimization are fulfilled for the final layout.
- Ensure proper planning of the facilities - facilities should not be over designed or under-designed for the requirement
- Making estimates and processing financial approvals.
- Making tender documents, coordination with procurement for award of the work and issuance of POs.

**Coordination for the Construction of facilities at the Retail Outlet as per the drawing and Nayara Energy Quality standards**
- Conducting site kick off meetings.
- Preparation of Schedules, Progress Monitoring and Project Control
- Construction of the ROs as per standards/QAQC/HSE with in the given budget and the time frames.
- Coordination with the contractors, ZE and DE for timely completion of activities.
- Ensure that the material such as tanks, dispensers, tyre inflator, totem, canopy etc are ordered timely and sources from our registered Vendor only
- Site inspections.
- Billing and payments
- Record keeping Timely MISs**3**

**Engineering drawings and Standardisation/SOPs**
- Guide the field team and the Franchisees on getting the ROs standardised.
- Reviewing the standard drawings time to time and making changes as and when required.
- Developing new drawings, specifications, SOPs as and when required. Updating the systems time to time.
- Reviewing, revising and developing new formats, templates, MISs, etc as and when required.

**Normative Cost**
- Review the estimated NC for the proposed Retail Outlets.
- Providing the actual NC for the constructed ROs
- Review the TS documents
- Ensuring the correct NC is included in the TS

**Inspection of Retail Outlets**
- Carrying out Engineering Inspection of the Retail Outlets to check for Facilities, Safety.
- Carrying out Asset Verification Inspection of Retail Outlets

**Vendor Management**
- Development of new Vendors for equipment supply and supporting head supply chain for vender development.
- Monitoring and balancing the load on the vendors on equitable work load basis.
- Reviewing and revising the specifications time to time.
- Publishing vendor loading
- Publishing vendor feedback time to time.
- Publishing the material requirement proactively to the supply chain and vendors.

**Coordination and Misc**
- Coordinating with ZHs/ZE/DE/FE
- Coordinating with the franchisee
- Coordinating with procurement/finance
- Coordinating with HO BD tam/head supply chain and other internal departments.
- Undertaking activities as and when assigned by the company
- **SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- **Educational Qualifications & Certifications**:

- BE - CIVIL
- **Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience: 15 to 18 Years
Relevant Experience: 10-15 Years
- **Functional Skills:
- Basic understanding of Civil, Mechanical and electrical engineering and instrumentations
- Basic knowledge of statutory guidelines related to Petroleum Products
- Knowledge of engineering activities at medium size projects with civil engineering as main work
- Basic knowledge of supply chain.

Knowledge of project monitoring, estimating, budgeting, coordination, billing, QAQC and HSE. Strong communication - written & Oral- **Behavioural Skills**:
