- **Participation in Basic Engg. & Conceptual Stage of Project**
- **Preparing Conceptual schedules**
- **Preparing detailed activities for Individual stream**
- **Preparing L1,L2 ,L3 Schedule for individual Project**
- **Creating Look ahead for individual stream for all Project**
- **Understand and highlight critical activities of each project and delay causing due to them**
- **Up-dation of Current Month Activities**
- **Preparation Detailed Monthly Report and Monthly Summary Report**
- **Participation at Various site Kick of Meeting and Interaction with Individual contractor for Project Progress**
- **Periodical site visit for Progress Monitoring of Individual Project**
- **Coordinate with various stakeholders - senior management, functional department heads, project managers, team leads and other users - for managing various projects and related processes in Primavera.**
- **Create customized templates and reports in Primavera as may be required by the various stakeholders.**
- **Manage System Administration activities in Primavera**
