Project Monitoring Planning and Implementation nbsp; nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Application of technical rigour in implementation of project monitoring plan for assigned projects. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Track the project input and output as per project monitoring plan and annual planner of projects. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Keep the alignment live between project data collection and monitoring plans. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Track and report deviation in project plans or deviation in monitoring plan nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Use monitoring checklist before, during and after plans for each monitoring visits. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Support in pilot testing of digital monitoring tools and techniques. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Submit WeeklyMonthly reports on Project performance and key insights and gaps
Process Validation, Data Verification and Quality Assurance nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Perform process validation of key project inputs through observation visits nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Assess quality of project data through observation and verification. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Support projects in donor field visits and external stakeholder visits. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Support research and evaluation team for any pilot testing Pre testing for field research, evaluation with treatment comparison design.
Reporting of Monitoring:
nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Monthly field visit log and monitoring report submission to Manager nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Monitoring findings summarize and reported to projects with action plan and agreed timelines nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Support Manager in triangulation report between MIS, project data and monitoring report nbsp; Monitoring training Support to Projects. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Organize and conduct field monitoring training for project field staff. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Participate in project trainings orientations MIS Data review
