**Responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting our wide range of IT hardware products. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, recommend the best solutions, and drive sales to meet company targets. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Drive sales and meet or exceed targets and quotas.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Conduct market research to identify new prospects.
- Qualify leads and convert them into customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay knowledgeable about the company’s products or services.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value to customers.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**:

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
- **Sales Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Report on sales performance and forecast future sales.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth sales processes

**Additional Characteristics**:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
