Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and Identify Leads:

- Identify potential customers within assigned territories through market research, networking, and cold-calling.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to ensure a consistent flow of potential customers.
- Conduct Sales Presentations:

- Present credit card products and services to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and preferences of each prospect.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, terms, and conditions of credit card products.
- Address Customer Inquiries:

- Provide accurate and timely information to address customer concerns and objections.
- Application Processing:

- Ensure all required information is collected and submitted accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Meet Sales Targets:

- Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and revenue generation.
- Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sales issues or
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the credit card market.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and selling techniques through training and professional development.

Qualification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and effectively articulate product benefits.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
