**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Lead Conversion**: Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and close sales for tour packages.
- **Client Consultation**: Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable travel packages.
- **Business Development**: Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and B2B partners.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on travel trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments.
- **Customer Support**: Assist clients with booking, itinerary planning, visa processing, and travel-related inquiries.
- **Promotional Activities**: Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and online marketing strategies.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of sales experience in the travel & tourism industry (preferred).
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and travel booking platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- **Other**: Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations.
