**Position Title**: IT Sales Executive (Digital Marketing & Web Development)
**Location**: D-140, 1st Floor, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010
**Reports to**: Business Development Manager
**Department**: Sales & Business Development

**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Development**:

- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the digital marketing and web development space.
- Conduct cold calling, networking, and research to identify potential clients, including businesses needing website design, digital marketing services, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and more.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized digital marketing and web development solutions that drive business growth.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate digital marketing and web development solutions.
- Manage existing accounts and look for opportunities to upsell additional services.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales cycle and post-sale process.
- **Consultative Sales & Presentations**:

- Provide consultative sales approaches, understanding business challenges and positioning our services as solutions to those problems.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and workshops to potential clients on digital marketing strategies, web design, SEO, web development services.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the sales efforts align with digital marketing campaigns.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed on the latest trends in digital marketing, web development, and emerging technologies to offer innovative solutions to clients.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide feedback to the management team to ensure the company stays ahead in the market.
- **Sales Reporting & CRM Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales opportunities, leads, meetings, and client communications in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports, forecast revenue, and track performance against targets.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and timelines to close deals with potential clients.
- Ensure all agreements are clearly defined, including service level agreements (SLAs) and project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in IT sales, particularly in selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media) and web development solutions (website design, development, eCommerce platforms).
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and web technologies.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand complex digital marketing and web development services and articulate their value proposition to clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in selling website development projects (e.g., eCommerce, CMS, and custom web solutions).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the digital marketing or web development industry.
- A strong network of contacts within the digital marketing and web development ecosystem.
