**Job Title**: Assistant Admin Manager
**Location**: EuroSchool - Hennur, Gunjur, Budigere
**Department**: Administration
**Reports To**: Admin Manager / School Principal
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the school campus.
- Ensure timely maintenance and cleanliness of school infrastructure, classrooms, and common areas.
- Manage school transport operations, including routing, driver/vendor coordination, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with security staff to maintain a safe and secure environment for students and staff.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office and housekeeping supplies.
- Support event management and logistics for school functions and activities.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for facility-related services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in managing support staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Generate periodic reports and updates for management review.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in school/educational institution administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle emergencies and resolve issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of local regulatory guidelines related to school administration is an added advantage.
