**Responsibilities**
- Develop and create new dessert recipes.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all desserts served.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of desserts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Present desserts in an appealing and creative manner.
- Adjust recipes to meet dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Monitor and control food costs.
- Conduct regular taste tests to ensure quality.
- Experiment with new ingredients and techniques.
- Plan and execute dessert menus for special events.
- Maintain detailed records of recipes and production processes.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Dessert Chef or similar role.
- Strong understanding of baking techniques and flavor profiles.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Creative flair and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Formal culinary training or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
- Ability to adapt recipes for dietary restrictions.
- Passion for desserts and a commitment to quality.
- Experience in menu planning and development.
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
